Metadata describing a package’s content.
A struct with 12 fields:

| language | Language | true | Two-letter ISO 639-1 code of the content’s primary language. |
| media | Media | true | Metadata describing the media content of the package. |
| package | PackageMetadata | true | Metadata describing the package itself, as opposed to its content. |
| publisher | Text | true | Primary publisher of the content. |
| readme | RelativePath | true | Path to a markdown file containing a readme describing the content. |
| thumbnails | a map from RelativePath to Image | true | Thumbnails generated for images in the package, keyed by the path of the original image. |
| time | Time | true | Time the content was created. |
| title | Text | true | Title of the content. |
