Metadata
Metadata describing a package’s content.
A struct with 12 fields:

| 10 | thumbnails | a map from RelativePath to Image | true | Thumbnails generated for images in the package, keyed by the path of the original image. |

| 12 | title | Text | true | Title of the content. |
The value is encoded with magic bytes consisting of the deco encoded byte
string filepack\0, followed by the deco encoded byte string metadata,
followed by the encoded value.
